1. What’s the process to become an approved retailer?
Answer:
To become an approved retailer contact the assigned Sales Representative for your location or contact Customer Service at

to find out who your Sales Representative is and to get contact information for them.
2. Do you have an employee purchase program for employees of approved retailers and how does it work?
Answer:

3. Can I order online?
Answer:
At this time, we do not have a way for you to order online. However, please feel free to place an order via phone, fax or email.
4. How can I get the current catalog?
Answer:
Please call your sales representative or contact customer service at
customerservice@cinchjeans.com
for a current catalog. You can also view a selection of the current catalog online. Call customer service to receive a username and password for the website.
5. What is the guarantee on your jeans?
Answer:
We do not offer a time warranty on our products. We do however, stand behind our product 100%, and believe it should withhold under normal circumstances. If you are not completely satisfied with the product you purchased, please return it to your local retailer for an exchange or refund.
6. How do I return defective items?
Answer:

, and they will gladly assist you.
7. A customer returned some jeans they bought at another store, what should I do?
Answer:
If the jeans are defective, we can take them back and issue you a credit. If they are not defective, it is up to you, the retailer, whether you take them back. You can always contact customer service at

for additional information.
8. A customer brought in a gift certificate they won at an event. How do I redeem it, and how do I get credit for the gift certificate?
Answer:
Be sure to fill out all the information on what jean you gave the customer: style number, size and cost. Also include your store name and location. Then mail it to the address on the back of the certificate. Your credit will be issued within two days of receiving the gift certificate at our office.
9. I'm having a big sale, how can I get promo materials or giveaways?
Answer:
Please contact your sales representative and he/she will be more than happy to assist you.
10. I placed an order several days ago, when will it ship?
Answer:
Please email your customer service representative to find the status of your order. Our standard turn around time is approximately 72 hours.
11. What is the free freight offering on replenishment styles?
Answer:
RMCC offers free freight on replenishment orders of 18 pieces or more. Free freight is offered on replenishment styles only. Replenishment styles change from season to season, and go by the current season’s classification. When calling or faxing an order in, it is extremely helpful to split the order into replenishment items vs. non-replenishment items. If there are enough items to qualify for the free freight, then those items will be sent separately from non-replenishment items. Back-orders (even on replenishment items) are not subject to free freight. To obtain a current listing or replenishment styles, contact your Customer Service Representative at
